For the greatest level of benefit, levels of authority for settling claims and reporting can be agreed, but control at any level can equally remain with you.

For the most serious cases or where court action is required, it may be necessary to engage solicitors or overseas lawyers; in these circumstances the claims management service acts as an intermediary, helping to streamline the process and control costs.

The claims management service is available on a number of bases including flat-rate fee, time-based fee, retainer and percentatge.
