Maritime Arbitration, Terms and Conditions

Maritime arbitration is conducted in accordance with terms of the London Maritime Arbitrators' Association (LMAA).

There are three sets of LMAA Terms which may be viewed and printed as PDF files from the LMAA website:
Standard Terms	Small Claims Procedure	FALCA (Fast and Low Cost Arbitration)

Unless the parties agree to use the FALCA or Small Claims Procedure, the Standard Terms will apply.
